"The pictures cannot possibly do this location justice. The views are relaxing and awe-inspiring all on their own, and the home is beautiful and so thoughtfully decorated and outfitted. The art and books are tempting and satisfying, but the views perfectly framed by the windows beckon you out of doors. The beds are a dream, the kitchen more well outfitted than even described. We were able to make cappuccinos with the stovetop maker available on our stay! There are lovely short morning hikes available from right the house, and the launch point is a short drive away and seamless if you're doing anything on the water. The quiet is amazing, and the porch a delight in the mornings. Enough space to do yoga, write at the patio table, and grill something all in the same hour. We cooked all of our own meals in the well appointed kitchen, but there are also lovely restaurants in the area. We drove 45 minutes to the hoodoos at Dar-al-Islam - well worth looking up. Ojo is an easy drive, as well. The hot tub is beautiful, with an unparalleled view. The sound of the runoff from rain cascading down the cliff face across the water was a meditation unto itself. Big outdoors, cozy well-appointed appointed indoors. We'll be back. This is one for the books."

"This is a special property. Its location is very serene and quiet and lovely. It’s only 20 minutes from Ojo Caliente Hot Springs and a lovely hour-long drive to Taos. Our crew enjoyed exploring the area and then retreating to the Casa! The beds were comfortable, the shower was also good. As mentioned in other reviews, the kitchen is well-stocked with equipment for making meals. I recommend getting to the property before dark. It isn’t a difficult drive, but it’s out in the country and the signage is there and subtle . The host provides excellent instructions and..get there before dark! She also warned us the card lock pad is touchy and it did take several tries every time, but it worked! The road to the property isn’t ideal for cars without good clearance. We had a truck and were glad we did. Compact cars, vans etc are probably fine, but not low to the ground sports cars The sun room is lovely and we spent a lot of time in there. It would be great if the screen doors were fully functional - we would’ve loved to have had even more fresh air circulating through the home. The Casa was clean and inviting. We hope to stay here again! Thank you!"

The property was well maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Abiquiu."

Be aware if you’re going on a work trip Internet connection was very spotty but for us it was good as it forced us to get off our phones and focus on the beautiful surroundings."

"Beautiful home with fantastic views of the mountains! We enjoyed coffee on the front porch and were fortunate to see a few hot air balloons! Very easy to get to, we found the road from the north was easier to access the entrance into the property. The beds were so comfortable. Bathrooms were large and the master shower was lovely! We were visiting during a few days of mid to high 90’s, the only air conditioner was in the kitchen/dining area so a little warm in the bedrooms in the evening. Greg was quick to respond to questions and very helpful regarding a potential issue we almost had with the electric charger. The sky was amazing at night! Check in and out was easy. Greg is a great host!"
